HOW TO REGISTER

Short communication of poster session

 

The Submission Process is now open

 

Poster proposals consist of two documents: the full poster proposal (submitted in PDF format) and a poster abstract (description). The full proposal is used for review and includes a copy of the poster abstract.

 

Posters will be displayed from November 14th until the closing of the Symposium on November 16th 2017.

 

Poster Proposal Format (limited to 2 pages)

 

Your proposal should include the following information.

Please limit your proposal to two (2) pages. Posters abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings. Poster proposals will not be published.

 

  1. Proposer: Include name, address, phone number, email address, web address (if applicable), etc.
  2. Statement of Topic: A short title.
  3. Significance and Relevance of the Topic: Please explain why the topic is significant to the purposes of this symposium. This information can help your proposal to be selected if resources become an issue.
  4. Content: A description of the expected content of the poster.
  5. Abstract: Please provide a short (300 words) abstract describing your poster.

 

Poster Abstract submission for the Proceedings

 

The abstract, strictly limited to 300 words, will appear on the conference Proceedings Book. The poster abstract must be submitted in plain text.

 

Poster build up

 

Posters will be displayed during the whole Symposium.

Panels of 80 (W) x 120 (H) cm will be positioned in the exhibition area starting from November 14th (8:30 AM).
